Terms and conditions

• Whoever participate "World Bellydance Festival 2016" shall agrees to our policy, and will not have any complaints to any of its management regarding the rules of our policy. World Bellydance Festival 2016 keeps its right to change the policy according to its judgment.
• World Bellydance Festival 2016(hereinafter referred to as 'We') hold the right to cancel or change workshop teachers, schedule, show artists/dancers. We, the organizer or artists, teachers will not accept any claims or refund related to those changes or cancelations. We will not be responsible for any damage that will happen to an individual as a result of using the website including any possible lost of income.
• All travel, accomodations, insurance and visa requirements are up to the participant’s responsibility. The participation cost does not include flights and visa arrangements. We will not be responsible for any health or mental damage during the event.
• If you need to cancel your registration, please contact danceevent@lahabana.co.jp There is no refund unless the event will be canceled upon organizer,dancers, artist's conditions. In this case, it will take a while to refund. We will not do a refund outside the specified period. We will not refund any postal fee or bank transfer fee.
• We hold the right to decline a purchase of an individual for its judgment including the following: If you provided false information,if you act in the way that can hurt organizer,the website or a third party and if you acted illegally.
• Participant agrees to "World Bellydance Festival 2016" to use his/her photo/video which is taken during the event. World Bellydance Festival 2016 has right to use, edit and publish participant photo and video shoot in workshop, performance and other event activities into public media such as: newspaper, magazine, TV, radio, online website, Facebook.
• We will not transfer any of the participant's information to a third party.
• World Bellydance Festival 2016 organizer, staf or artists/dancers will not responsible for any trouble between participants or a case of theft.
• We will not be responsible for participant's belongings.
• Any participants who act illegally or be nuisance to others will be ordered to leave.
  There is no refund for this situation.
• Participants should follow the rules of the event.
• Participants are not allowed to take video or record sound during lesson, workshop and show.
  If we find the recording, we ask you to delete its date.
• We will not accept any return or exchange of products that is sold during the event except the received product is damaged.
  We will not accept return or exchange in the future.
• We will not refund show ticket in the case of artists or dancers change or cancellation.
• We will not receive any change or cancel in your registration after the payment is made.
• We will not reissue show tickets no matter what happens.
• You can not enter to show without ticket.
• We will not refund ticket, lesson or workshop fee in the case of a natural disaster or unavoidable situation.
• We will not be responsible for your transportation, accomodation, show tickets or lesson and workshop fee due to the event cancellation.
